Good design solves problems

It is tailored to the client’s needs and goals. And it is rooted in the realities of the users. Our process always starts with research and dialogue where we strive to understand the project’s context, the audiences, and its stakeholders. The approach is iterative. Through exchanges with the clients, we progress towards a clear and strategic definition of the problem to be solved.

This propels our process forward where, in time, we switch from the language of words to that of images, sounds, and materials…
